"I really wanted my cat to…"
I really wanted my cat to like this, and maybe I hyped it up too much, but she sniffed it, gave it one quick lick, and then just walked away. Could just be her being picky, as usual, so I can’t totally blame the product.

"I thought this was going to..."
I thought this was going to be a little overpriced, but actually it’s not bad at all. My cat eats it without any fuss, and the boxes seem to last longer than I expected. It’s not exactly cheap—well, I guess for the quality it kind of is. I can fit it into my monthly pet budget easily, so I’ll probably keep buying it.

"My cat is picky, and honestly, so am I"
My cat will eat this some days and then completely ignore it the next, which gets old fast. The food usually looks fresh when it shows up, but a few of the packs were watery, and I don’t really have the patience for guessing which ones will be good. It’s not terrible, just kind of inconsistent.

"Clear order updates"
The emails about my order were easy to understand, so I always knew what was going on. I just wish the shipping updates came a bit faster because I was waiting to see when it would arrive

"Good food, but it hogs the freezer"
The food is actually really good, so no complaints there. But wow, it takes up a lot of freezer space, which is not ideal when you’re living in a tiny apartment like I am. My freezer is already basically a game of Tetris, so this didn’t exactly help.

"Decent food, but I wanted more transparency"
I gave Smalls a try for my cat, and overall the food seemed fine. My cat ate it without any issues, so that part was a win. But I do wish the ingredient and nutrition details were easier to find and clearer upfront. Some of the info, like exact nutrient breakdowns and where everything is sourced from, felt a little hard to compare. For the price, I expected more transparency. "Quiz was alright, but not perfect"
The onboarding quiz was okay overall. It asked some decent questions, but a few of them felt kind of off or not super relevant. It’s hard to describe, but I didn’t always see how they connected to what I needed.

"Was hoping it would help, but nope"
I wanted this food to work because the ingredients seemed decent, and my cat actually ate it without acting offended, which is always a small miracle. But then his stomach just didn’t agree with it. Loose stools showed up quickly, and he also threw up twice. Maybe it’s great for other cats, or maybe my guy is just dramatic, but either way I had to stop feeding it.

"Could use a few more flavors"
My cat likes some of the food, so that part's been fine, but the recipe options feel a little limited. I wish there were more flavors to rotate through. The extra fancy packaging feels unnecessary to me, honestly, I’d rather have more variety.

"Kind of hit or miss if you need flexibility"
I really wanted SMALLS to work out, but the subscription side was hit or miss for me. The food seemed fine, but managing the plan felt way more annoying than it needed to be. Skipping, changing amounts, or adjusting deliveries wasn’t as simple as I expected, and my cat definitely doesn’t eat the same amount every week.

For what it costs, I was hoping for way more control without having to email or click around forever just to fix one order. I ended up with food I didn’t really need, which got frustrating fast. I cancelled in the end and probably wouldn’t try it again.

"Trial box was a letdown"
I really wanted this trial box to work out, but it was just okay. My cat barely touched most of it, which was disappointing. I was hoping this would give me confidence to order more, but it kind of made me lose trust in it.

"Nice mix of textures"
My cat is super picky, but having a few different textures actually helped. She seems to like the smooth one the most, though she even gave the ground kind a try, which was kind of surprising. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"I really wanted smalls to be the..."
I really wanted smalls to be the brand I could keep buying, especially since my cat actually likes the food and I’ve had better luck with it than a lot of other options. But every time I’m ready to reorder, the specific stuff she eats seems to be out of stock.
That’s the hard part with cat food, you can’t exactly wait a week or two and hope it comes back. I ended up running to the store and grabbing whatever I could find, which kind of defeats the whole point of finding a brand I was trying to be loyal to.
Customer service was polite enough, so I don’t want to act like the whole experience was terrible. But at the end of the day, if I can’t reliably get the food when I need it, it’s really tough to keep choosing smalls over other brands.

"Website was annoying to use"
so I was trying to look into the cat food plans, but the website made it kind of frustrating. There were too many pop-ups and extra steps before I could even get to the basic info I wanted.
I also had a hard time figuring out how to change things in my cart. The food might be great, but the whole website experience made me lose interest before finishing my order.

"Way less annoying than I expected"
I was expecting this food to be a messy little nightmare, but the packaging is actually super neat. The packs showed up cold, stacked easily in my freezer, and didn’t create some stupid chaos situation. Portions are really simple too. I just thaw one out and split it up based on what my cat needs. No guessing with giant tubs or those weird little scoops that make you feel like an idiot. Happy with it overall...

I just set up my account a little while ago, so it’s still fresh in my mind. Overall, it only took a few minutes and was straightforward. I did run into one small hiccup, but it wasn’t a big deal and I was able to get through it quickly.

"Billing was all over the place"
I got charged more than what my account was showing, and it was just a hassle trying to figure out why. The numbers didn’t line up, nobody gave me a clear answer for too long, and I kept having to check my card like, what’s going on here? Maybe the food is fine, whatever, but the billing side feels sloppy. I’m not dealing with that again.

"Thawing can be a little hit or miss"
The food itself seems totally fine, but the thawing part has been kind of annoying for me. Sometimes I forget to move it from the freezer ahead of time, and then it’s not ready when I want it. It’s not a huge deal, and it’s preventable if I planned better, but it does make it feel a little less convenient than I expected.
